Cobblefield Properties is an internet based company that allows business travelers to experience what it is to live like a local.  We offer guests all of the amenities of a hotel, but delivered through the charm and convenience of  a privately owned property. We exclusively rent to out of state business and leisure travelers who are prescreened for identification, are pet free, non-smokers, and typically stay for 1-3 nights.

We’re interested in leasing your property.  There are no fees, charges or hidden costs whatsoever to the property owner for allowing Cobblefield Properties to lease your property. We sign a 6 or 12 month lease with you and provide a deposit, just as any other tenant would.

What are some advantages to working with Cobblefield Properties? First, we offer free keyless entry so that only you and Cobblefield Properties Management have a key to the property. This also ensures that guests have access only for the nights they’re booked to stay.  Secondly, after every guest, your property is cleaned to the highest standards by a professional cleaning company. Third we take liability and damage insurance in your name on the property to ensure that you are fully protected. Fourth our professionals check on the properly much more frequently than do traditional renters.  Finally, can we provide references from other happy property owners.
